Fantastic practice, accessible and clean, everyone from the receptionists to the doctors and nurses are helpful, friendly, and professional!I saw Dr Bilal Ahmad and nurse Cody for a denture re-fit, having sensory issues and a sensitive gag reflex the prospect of this was initially daunting, but not an issue whatsoever - I was made comfortable from the moment I arrived, especially since Dr Bilal and Codey explained each part of the process both before and as they went along, pausing as needed to make sure I wasn't sick, which was very much appreciated. I found the entire process so much faster than I thought it would be, the results are fantastic, my dentures finally fit comfortably, so well in fact that I no longer need adhesive unless I'm going to be eating something that requires a good chew, fantastic!

From entering reception and being greeted by staff, then the nurse introducing herself and asking if I would be happy to have the trainee nurse present during my appointment. Those few minutes had me feeling relaxed. Hassan introduced himself to me and explained what he would be doing. He was so warm and friendly and very professional. Throughout my visit he talked through what he would be doing.. xrays..referral for teeth extractions. He completely put me at ease, as did the Dental Nurses. Thankyiu for putting me at ease.

I can’t rate the practice enough, after being booked in for treatment in the coming weeks whilst on holiday I started experiencing severe toothache. I wasn’t going to let them touch it in Greece, so I flew home was in the next day and tooth out sorted !!. I Flew back to Greece the same night to continue my holiday. Ellie is fab, for a young Dentist she’s professional caring and probably one of the best Dentist I have ever been under. She is a credit to the practice. Clearly the new wave of Dentist are just what it needed.Keep up the good work !!

Genuinely couldn't be happier, I hadn't been to the dentist for 5 years and I was really worried. Nadine (my dentist) was great, her nurse and all the receptionist colleagues were lovely. Great standard of treatment and really good at explaining options/ making me feel at ease. Able to perform my cleaning in the same appointment. I really recommend them.Also! After all my worrying there was nothing wrong with my teeth, so if you're putting it off just get it done, it might not be so bad.

I would recommend this dentist to any one especially Ellie the dentist. She made me aware of all the procedures and why she was doing them. She was patient and kind considering I am terrified of dentist, she put me at ease straight away. I didn’t even feel the numbing injections. She is professional and credit to the team. My dental nurse Lily was also fantastic. She was considerate and gentle.

I was a dental nurse for nearly 15 years, and this is one of the best-run practices I’ve visited, and one of the most thorough dentists I’ve seen. The team are also incredibly kind and down to earth.Dentist Nadine is just brilliant. More thorough than a great deal of private dentists I’ve worked for -checking gum health in detail, tooth wear, malocclusion, soft tissues, discussing our diets and how to improve them for our teeth. Detailed charting, perfect X-rays. And on top of this she is a genuinely lovely person. The teamwork with her nurse Abbie was evident, they worked seamlessly together and she was brilliant too.Nadine even very kindly smoothed a stained composite filling on my partner’s front tooth during his appointment - no more black stain! This has improved his confidence. He was thrilled to get a sticker at the end of his appointment too 🤣!When I researched the practice I just knew Nadine would be thorough when I saw she uses rubber dam for certain treatments. For those who don’t know what it is - it’s a protective barrier placed around a tooth that ensures excellent isolation and prevents (particularly a root canal) being contaminated by saliva etc, and chemicals from the treatment going in your mouth. It’s a measure not even 75% of private dentists (or more tbh) I nursed for would bother with, let alone NHS dentists with much tighter time restrictions. It’s so good to see!Excuse the rambling, I was just really blown away. Even though I don’t work in the profession anymore it’s just so good to see a practice - especially NHS - run at this level (shoutout to the receptionists too!). If I needed or wanted treatment like Invisalign, whitening etc from a dentist, I’d happily go here. You just know with that level of detail you’re in the best hands and going to get an excellent result.Keep up the amazing work guys - I’ll see you in July for my little filling! 😁 x17th July; I had my filling today. I’ve had one in yeeeears - it was actually quite a pleasant experience if that doesn’t sound odd?? (The photo shows my numb smile after 😆!).Lydia the dental nurse put me at ease immediately, Nadine reiterated the treatment plan and showed me the issue on an X-ray. Anaesthetic wasn’t bad (thanks for the topical gel first!), and the whole treatment didn’t take long but was very thorough and gentle too. Expertly done Nadine, thanks! Look forward to seeing you in 6months - and maybe at the new practice next year??

Visited on 30/04 at 2pm for a dental appointment with Bilal and Lydia (I think is the girls name but might be wrong) – both were very friendly and welcoming. Any nerves I had disappeared instantly thanks to their warm, chatty approach. A little conversation goes a long way, and they really brightened my day. They’re both a real credit to your team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist! 😊

i have been scared of the dentist for years, but from the moment you step into this practice it is impeccably clean, calming clinic. the reception staff are warm, efficient and very polite.Dr Bilal Ahmad is nothing short of exceptional, myself and my husband are both seen by him and from the very first appointment it is very clear that Bilal's skills are evident in every moment of treatment. he explains every procedure crystal clear and during any treatment done there is constant checking to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. From an experience that i used to dread this practice and Dr Bilal himself have transformed it into something genuinely positive, if anyone is looking for a dental practice that combines exceptional skill with genuine compassion look no further. Dr Bilal Ahmad is quite simply brilliant.

Recognition where it is due - I was very nervous to attend my appointment today due to a previous dentist experience. Zaroon Riaz made myself and my husband both feel at ease and individually spoke us through each step. Zaroon is a very friendly and compassionate dentist and made me feel very welcome and reassured throughout. All receptionist were also very approachable. I can’t Thank Bilal, at Partington Dental Practice enough, for his exceptional Dentistry. From walking in for my first appointment, I was made to feel welcome, I felt immediately at ease and everything was explained, regarding my treatment options.He didn’t rush, he just took his time and throughout my treatment, I was constantly reassured., leaving his Surgery, pain free and feeling so, so much better. Enabling me, to stop taking, pain medication and sleep at night.The surgery is also State Of The Art and spotlessly clean. I was greeted on arrival, by a fabulous team of professional Staff members. I can highly recommend Bilal and just hope that he stays, so that I can continue with all my future NHS and Private Dental Treatments.

I admit to not going to a dentist for years & after ringing round loads trying to register, I came across this one. Even though it’s a bit of a drive, from the moment I enquired, I was registered & offered an appointment just a couple of days later! Had x2 fillings & a tooth removed within the space of 2 weeks. Very happy with my experience at Partington Dental. Friendly and efficient reception staff. They make full use of their modern appointment booking system which helpfully emails and texts reminders and important information. Spacious calm and clean waiting area. A dentist who is actually interested in their patients, who listened to my concerns and gave a full and considered recommendation in clear English I could understand. The dental nurse also very friendly and knowledgeable. The treatment rooms are spotless, bright and airy , lots of room for all the high tech apparatus. There’s a nice feel to the place. You can tell all the staff work as a team and care about their clientele. Free convenient parking too makes Partington Dental a great NHS and private dental practice. I’m looking forward to going back!

Amazing for nervous patients. I never ever would have thought that I would be able let a dentist put a needle in my mouth due to a severe phobia. However Wasim was amazing, he and his assistant really put me at ease. He explained every step and consistently asked if I was still OK. I would not be half as nervous to go back again!

Very happy with the care I received as a nervous patient from Wasim & Sian. Wasim is new to the practice but I hope he stays as I had the best experience I've had at the practice with him. Sian was very caring also & they worked well together. Thank you

Staff always happy to help on reception, very polite and friendly and my dentist Dr Sanjay Chawla makes you feel totally relaxed on appointments, explains everything really nice chap

Very friendly staff and you are given a very informative description of the treatment needed. But due to state of The NHS, there is a long waiting time between appointments. This is not the fault of the Practice, it ia all down to a Lack of Funding by the Government.

Hi, I just want to say how amazing this Dental Practice is now that Rabiya Khan has taken over! Honestly she is the best dentist I've ever had and is amazing with the children too, i couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for everything! Also amazing staff and friendly receptionist. I would give the lovely Rabiya more stars if I could. She is wonderful so gentle and she explains everything she is doing as she works. She has just fitted me with a new crown and it is perfect. She also saw our 4 year old granddaughter who was very nervous, Rabiya was so good with her that she felt chuffed with her little self(my Granddaughter not Rabiya) ha ha. I can't recommend her highly enough. We travel from North Wales to see her and it is worth every mile we have to travel. I must also praise the lovely nurses and receptionists, they are always friendly, helpful and always have smiles on their faces, they do a great job.

I have been a patient at this Dental Practice for 22 years plus, and the Reception Staff have been and still are cheerful and helpful. The previous Dentist, Dr Garry Knowles has got fed up with probing round in people's mouths and has retired. The Treatments have been updated by the New Dentist, and that is reflected in the quality of the treatments and the prices now for them. However with the state of availability for National Health Dentristry, I will not be trying to find another practice and be grateful that I have got one.

My husband, son and grandkids all use this practice and they have been so happy with the quality of the work they've had done, how quickly they're seen and how amazing all the staff are from the reception, dental nurses to the dentist. Cannot praise them enough.

Couldn’t fault this place.. the place is always spotless and staff all greet you on arrival with pleasant smiles and are always friendly. the dentists are also amazing and work to a very high professional standard. I’ve recently had braces removed after 3 years and have been so worried about the appearance of my teeth, after calling and speaking to one of the nurses kirsty she reassured me and told me not to worry. She booked me in as soon as she could with my dentist Sanjay. Once I was seen by Sanjay he worked his magic on my stained teeth and constantly reassured me throughout as I was very nervous.. I’m now left with a beautiful bright smile and I couldn’t be happier.. Thankyou partington dentist you are all amazing..
